ShinroFlow provides a career platform that lets candidates build structured profiles and be matched to job postings from employers. Candidates control whether their identifiable details are shared. Employers pay to request introductions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the jurisdiction where you are seeking employment. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your work authorization status.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, current information in your profile and to keep it updated.

5. Candidate Obligations

Profiles must reflect your genuine skills, experience, and preferences. Misrepresentation may result in removal from matching and account termination.
You control the visibility of your identifiable information. ShinroFlow will not share your name or contact details with an employer until you accept an interview invitation.

6. Employer Obligations

Employers may use the platform only for legitimate hiring purposes. Job postings must accurately describe the role, requirements, and compensation.
Employers pay to request introductions. Requests are non-refundable once a candidate accepts, except where required by law.
Employers must not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected category.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: harass, impersonate, or mislead others; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to access data you are not authorized to view; reverse engineer or disrupt the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By uploading it, you grant ShinroFlow a license to use, store, and process it to provide the matching service.
The platform, its design, algorithms, and branding are the property of ShinroFlow and protected by applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview invitation or a job offer. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShinroFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any hiring decisions made by employers or candidates.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShinroFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
